Solution Effectiveness

Mission Zero Technologies is using a proprietary electrochemical direct air capture (DAC) technology to solve the problem of excess atmospheric CO₂. Inspired by natural biological processes, their solution involves four key steps: pulling in air with fans, dissolving the CO₂ in a water-based solvent, using electricity through electrodialysis to extract the CO₂ as a gas, and finally collecting pure CO₂ for reuse or permanent storage.
