(A) Package Basis

The engagement framework for projects involving pre defined scope, turnaround time and fixed price. This is suitable for flat-fee projects or pilot project opportunities.

(B) Project Basis

The engagement framework involves defining information goals and scoping the effort estimate based on the desired result. This approach ensures that our quoted fee prior to project kickoff is exactly what clients pay after submission of search reports. All of our solution suites are available on a project basis.

(C) Full Time Equivalent Basis (Dedicated Teams)

In this framework, GreyB manages the infrastructure, processes and project management to meet client-specific requirements. This is suitable for engagements, which require custom infrastructure, methodology and compliance.

Delivery Model

GreyB's work begins with a review of all disclosed client materials and information objectives from assignment. The project manager allocates suitable search experts, which are best suited for the assignment, since many assignments require expertise in industry and technical knowledge.

For example, an invention may have mechanical & electrical components and applications. The large and versatile pool of staff gives the capability to assign the most qualified and appropriate personals to each assignment.

In the delivery of our services, we ensure security systems in a following framework:

(A) Nondisclosure Agreement:

We are responsible for confidentiality of data for our client. Prior to undertaking the business, we execute non-disclosure agreements. Our employees sign similar NDA's with the company and thus we have confidentiality aspects covered with all the employees working at GreyB. Our employees assume an obligation of confidentiality according to the working regulations of GreyB, furthermore, employees are required to submit nondisclosure agreements to the company.

(B) Establishment of Information Maintenance Rules

We clearly state guidelines which are necessary to our business as employee manual of GreyB. We prescribe specific agreements regarding secrecy of the data on IT servers of GreyB. Employees go through regular training and awareness sessions on the importance of non-disclusre of data.

(C) Physical Security

We ensure the physical office security to protect your data inside office premises. The entrance to the office is always locked, and the analysis room has automatically locked doors to avoid to be any outsiders.
Moreover, we constantly monitor and record all people who enter and leave by surveillance camera at entry hall. Random frisking is carried out as part of security process at GreyB.

(D) Task Management

At GreyB, individual information such as name of the client and any service contents (tasks) is coded into numeral data in order to promote confidentiality and operational efficiency. We manage our internal operations by coded data on our own in-house data servers. We control all information pertaining to our work under strict workflow management systems for each coded data task. We allow only the authorized person to access to the assigned tasks and strictly limit the reproduction and handling of data (or documents) outside of office premises.
